To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Device information: iPhone/Android model, iOS/Android version
  • App version: Check in Settings → About
  • Description: What happened and what you expected to happen
  • Steps to reproduce: How can we recreate the issue?
  • Screenshots: If applicable, include screenshots or screen recordings
  • When it happened: Date and time of the issue

Response Time

We typically respond to bug reports within 24-48 hours. Critical issues affecting app functionality are prioritized and addressed as quickly as possible.
